Production, including an individual project (the choice of non-standard sizes, materials, colors, etc.), begins after making an advance payment – 70% of the order`s amount.
PAYMENT METHODS:
- Cash: in our office, shop or to courier upon receipt.
- Cashless: non-cash payment (including VAT 20%) is made from the current account of your company or in the cash of any bank.
- Privat 24: pay for your order online with any Visa and MasterCard.
- Cash on delivery: upon receipt of the goods from the delivery service.
DELIVERY METHODS:
- in Kyiv: 600 UAH (to the porch). For orders more than 20 000 UAH the delivery is free.
- Kyiv region: 25 UAH / km (to the door).
- in Ukraine: stipulate individually.
- Pickup: You can always pick up an order from our store or workshop. For pickup, please, contact us.
- Delivery service: delivery can be made at your choice by any of the companies: Nova Pochta, Delivery, InTime, AutoLux, according to their tariffs. Delivery of goods by cash on delivery in the amount of 500 UAH is carried out only after prepayment.
WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS:
The carpenter workshop «New wood» provides a guarantee for all products within 12 months.
